In recent years, the main problem of the show Arrow has been bad writing. It’s a story though the writers have a problem properly weaving together the various plots they themselves concorted; an issue that took a back seat last season (5).
For this season (6) finale, we see a lot of plots been poorly resolved and a villain, who was once promising but later became a shadow of his projected image, spilled over into the next season. These and many more makes me wonder how much more garbage can we, the viewers continue to swallow? How much more? If not anything, we deserve something disguised as quality… Remember seasons 2 and 5?
*I disliked the way Quentin was written off!
For a character that’s been with the show since the first episode of the first season, Paul Blackthorne’s character wasn’t given a proper sendforth. Yes, he was injured. But this is the same kind of injury he and many other characters have suffered tremendously in the course of the show’s runs. It isn’t need that concussions and surgeries are like headaches in the #Arrowverse. So, why send the character that way? 🙄
*OLIVER is the GREEN ARROW
Yeah. We the viewers already know. But what does this major reveal means for every one in Star City, especially Felicity, Williams (whom I dislike so much 🤕) and the rest of the Arrow crew? They all definitely have a target on their backs now 🎯. Team Arrow can handle themselves, my fear is on Master and Mrs Queen’s safety. 🤔. The full consequence of this reveal should be one of the highlights of the next season, unless the writers decide to show us why they’re called the bane of this show… 🤥.
On the plus side: I was happy to see Sara again. There’s this different feel it had to weeing her on the waverider; I was just catching breezes of season 2 and 3 (before her first, real death 😂).
I still believe #Arrow is capable of so much greatness (if season 5 taught us anything), the writers should do their homework properly and stop limiting our intelligence and the show’s growth. Thank you. 😁.
